Shipping
Lodge and Chapter Standard Shipping charges allows for delivery to be made within 28 working days. Lodge and Chapter finds that this suits the majority of customers needs.
Lodge and Chapter aims to ship orders within 3-4 working days of receipt. Where this is not possible Lodge and Chapter will contact you either by phone or email to discuss alternative options. If Lodge and Chapter does not have all your items in stock we will hold your order until complete. We will inform of this and our estimated date of receipt of stock. If this is unacceptable you may change or cancel your order.
Faulty/Missing Goods
Lodge and Chapter will make every effort to ensure that the goods supplied to you are of top quality and do not expect you to have any problems with either faulty or missing goods. In the unfortunate event that something is faulty or missing from your order, please email Lodge and Chapter immediately and Lodge and Chapter will aim to do whatever can be done to ensure you get your goods.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, you can return unopened, in their original packaging to Lodge and Chapter for a refund, less the cost of shipping, within 10 days. Cost of return postage is at your own expense and you must ensure that you have proof of postage and that you include a copy of your invoice for our reference. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used as payment. Unfortunately, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied Lodge and Chapter cannot give refunds on confectionery. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
